H&M Reduces Carbon Emission with Bicycle Deliveries

H&M (Sweden) has started delivering orders by bicycle to its customers in the Netherlands in an effort to reduce carbon emissions. E-commerce has been criticized for the environmental impact of frequent deliveries and excess packaging waste.

The company works with Fietskoeriers, bicycle courier company, to make the deliveries.

H&M is increasingly focusing on transportation as part of its plan to become climate positive by 2040.
