Fears of a slow down in Chinese textile manufacturing and exporting, resulting from the outbreak of the coronavirus, has been blamed in part for last weeks weaking cotton prices.
Prices were in the 69-6.9.5 cents range last week but fell to 65.9 this week. Prices are expected to remain in this range throughout February.
